Accidents happen, from puppies to our aged fur babies, sometimes that back door is just too far away. And although we try not be annoyed, the time consuming cleaning can be frustrating. When toilet training our younger pets it is important to be encouraging, watch for their signs and make sure they have a particular area to do their business. With younger pets and incontinent pets ensure you take them out after eating, sleeping or playing.
Having your cleaning products ready to go makes it faster and easier to clean. A bucket or caddy with paper towel (or other disposal product to pick up excess mess), wipes/cloth, spray for cleaning and additional one for the smell (optional). Keep your old t-shirts/towels which can be cut up and used as disposable cloths.

Excess matter can be picked up easily and the mat put into the washing machine for a thorough clean.
